My watercolor illustrations are customized hand paintings using professional quality watercolor paint to depict an original "provided" photograph. The illustration is not intended to be a portrait or exact reproduction of the original photo, but a noticeable likeness.

Materials:
Professional grade Watercolor paint, Art Materials, and 140# Watercolor Paper.

Shipping:
Within *2 weeks of placed order via USPS (December Shipping times can be longer due to seasonal demand). Domestic shipments include product tracking.
Finished products are carefully wrapped and packaged in "do not bend" photo mailers.
note: *Shipment time depends upon sketch approval turn-around time

How to place your order:
1) Use the "CONTACT" button on this website to discuss any questions or concerns regarding this customized house illustration process
2) Send a high resolution photo to my email: [email protected]
Include details of items you which included in the illustration. Example name and #, Background details.
3) Place your order on this site selecting the size of illustration. (5x7, 8x10, 11x14)
4) I sketch the illustration and contact you to confirm the rendering before bringing the picture to life with watercolor
5) **Once the sketch is approved changes will not be possible to the design**
6) I paint the illustration using professional watercolor paint
7) I ship the illustration and provide you with the tracking number
8) I welcome any feedback on the delivered illustration
